Even with their first footwear collaboration alongside New Balance, Miu Miu has taken an approach familiar to them, simply lensing the beloved 574 silhouette through their “aesthetic codes.” Across the white, khaki, and navy colorways — all of which are Made in Italy — raw, distressed edges decorate near every panel, warping the NB classic to suit the brand’s idea of “rebellious luxury.”
To celebrate the release of the collection, New Balance and Miu Miu have enlisted the talents of Tyrone Lebon, who has created a collage of images starring model Alix Bouthors, singer-songwriter Liv.e, and actor Mame Bineta Sane.

Quality's pretty solid, actually. The distressed edges give'em a unique look, but not overbearing. Colorway's pretty sweet, too. Perfect for those days when you want something a bit different from your usual kicks. Overall, not bad for a first collab from these two brands.
