Taking on the OG “Bred” colourway that got a re-release in 2019, the Louis Menswear Design’s version retains the classic design but it has been infused with his own signature touch. Decked out in nothing but the finest materials, buttery soft nubuck makes up the majority of the upper, while leather elements also feature for an extra luxurious vibe. Towards the lateral and medial sides, you’ll find see-through eyelets that are made out of rubber for a utilitarian vibe. This is then reflected towards the heel badge that’s complete with “Nike Air” branding.
Moving down towards the midsole, the fan-favourite “AIR” makes a return at the heel, and the shoe is then finished off with a stark black zip tie. While this feature is quite controversial amongst the community, many sneakerheads tend to leave it on rather than off to fully flex their latest pick-up.
